Mihaela Radulescu a castigat custodia lui Ayan

Procesul pentru custodia micutului Ayan, fiul Mihaelei Radulescu si al lui Elan Schwartzenberg s-a incheiat ieri, dupa aproximativ 7 ore de audieri.
Magistratii Judecatoriei Sectorului 1 au decis in favoarea Mihaelei Radulescu, astfel ca Ayan va ramane cu mama lui, actiunea lui Elan prin care a cerut ca fiul sau sa fie lasat in intretinerea lui fiind respinsa de acestia, insa tatal isi va putea vedea copilul ori de cate ori doreste, fara nici o restrictie.
Decizia Magistratilor poate fi atacata cu recurs la Tribunalul Capitalei de Elan Schwartzenberg, insa acesta a declarat ca renunta definitiv la toate procesele intentate fostei sale sotii si chiar daca ar fi castigat custodia lui Ayan ar fi renuntat imediat, acest proces a vrut sa fie doar un semnal de alarma la adresa Mihaelei.
Speram ca acesta sa fie sfarsitul luptei dintre cei doi parinti pentru copilul lor si ca Ayan va creste inconjurat de dragoste, liniste si intelegere, pentru binele lui, asa cum orice copil de varsta lui are nevoie.

Procesul pentru custodia lui Ayan, amanat

Primul termen al procesului prin care Elan Schwartzenberg, fostul sot al Mihaelei Radulescu, cere custodia fiului sau Ayan s-a amanat cu o spatamana.

Fostul sot al vedetei Antena 1 a depus in urma cu o saptamana la Judecatoria Sectorului 1 o cerere pentru a-i fi incredintat copilul printr-o procedura numita “Incredintare copil” care trebuia sa se judece de urgenta, primul termen al procesului fiind stabilit pentru azi.
La procesul de azi s-a prezentat insa decat Mihaela Radulescu impreuna cu avocatul ei, iar Elan Schwartzenberg a fost reprezentat de aparatorul sau.
Instanta a dispus amanarea procesului cu o saptamana, timp in care Mihaela Radulescu trebuie sa indice o adresa unde sa se desfasoare ancheta sociala in acest caz. De asemenea instanta a mai dispus ca cei doi fosti soti sa se prezinte la urmatorul termen cu cate doi martori fiecare.

Furt calificat si distrugere, acestea sunt, cel putin deocamdata, acuzatiile deosebit de grave aduse Mihaelei Radulescu. Toate aceste, dupa ce judiciaristii secitie 26 au analizat si interpretatm conform legii declaratiile, scrise date in seara de 13 martie de fotoreporterul Dumitru Angelescu si soferul Alexandru Sagaidac. In situatia jenanta si riscanta in egala masura in care se afla vedeta Antenei 1 avand in vedere ca este vorba de infractiuni care o pot arunca ani buni dupa gratii, Mihaela va trebui sa se concentrece pe construirea apararii sale. Cu alte cuvinte, va trebui sa le explice clar oamenilor legii de ce a incalcat prin violenta o proprietate privata de ec a smuls din contact cheile autoturismului si legitimatia de presa de la gatul soferului si nu in ultimul rand de ce a luat sacul fotoreporterului care se afla in interioriul masinii. Mihaela Radulescu sanctionata de CNA

Se pare ca diva noastra de la Duminica in Familie nu sta cuminte deloc. Consiliul National al Audiovizualului (CNA) a sanctionat, ieri Antena 1, pentru ca Mihaela Radulescu, absorbita de problemele ei personale, a facut reclama mascata unui hotel din Capitala. Cristina Trepcea, membru al CNA, a declarat ca modul in care “facea Mihaela Radulescu emisiunea este neprofesionist si publicitar, cu stil agresiv”. In consecinta Antena 1 a primit somatie publica.
